CV SECTION
Curriculum Vitae with all documents should be taken
by the candidate including their professional qualification
certificate, experience certificate and relieving certificate
if employed somewhere else.
2.
APPOINTMENT LETTER
Appointment letter is given to the candidate on
the very first day of joining the organization. Appointment
letter is based on the employee's skills, technical qualification
and designation.
3.
PERSONAL DATA INFORMATION
After
joining, Personal Data Information form is given to the
employee to fill so that the company has complete information
of its employees.
A format for this form is available herewith as Annexure
1.
4.
STATIONARY
Required
stationary is given to the employee such as pen, pencil,
rubber, sharpner, notebook etc. Special requirement for
stationary is also fulfilled with the approval
of HOD / MD. Business cards are provided by the company
to the middle management and above and marketing executives.
5.
ACCOUNT OPENING
A
Deposit Account opening form is given to the employee after
15 days of joining, so that the company can transfer the salary
in the employee’s individual account.
6.
PROVIDENT FUND FORM
Provident Fund form is given to the employee to fill so
that the company can provide with the PF No. 12% or more of basic
salary as a provident fund is deducted from the gross salary
of the employee.
7.
E-MAIL PROVISION
E-mail provision is also given by the organization
to the employee, approved by the HOD/MD.
8.
ACCESS CARD
An access card is provided by the company to the employee
for attendance.
9.
EMPLOYEE INSURANCE
Employee accident insurance is also organised
by the company upto one lakh or above.
